How is it decided which area a box will be themed after next? Our selection process for picking communities to theme boxes after takes place over many months. We typically find areas with thriving businesses and high quality products that we would like to showcase. Currently, we only parter with businesses inside of Ontario and have plenty of new partnerships upcoming. How are charities determined for the proceeds of each box? We choose charities that excel in providing aid to communities and initiatives that share our same values. The charities we help, can change throughout the year and we strive to continually help the causes that need support the most. Suggestions for new charities to support are always welcomed, and we encourage you to reach out to us at LocalBoxes@gmail.com to let us know your thoughts. |

How do I track my order? Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days upon placing your order. Apart from your order confirmation, you should receive a secondary email with enclosed tracking information. I require a refund or return on my purchase Unfortunately, we do not accept returns once a box has been shipped. However, if there is a problem with your box including missing items, damaged goods, or any other major issues we would be happy to accommodate you and offer refunds on a case by case basis.
